At Scoil Íosa, we strongly value the partnership between home and school. Our Parents’ Association plays an important role in supporting school life and helping to strengthen the connection between families, staff and the wider school community. Working closely with the school and our HSCL service, the Parents’ Association helps to promote positive communication, support school initiatives and organise events that bring our school community together.

The work of the Parents’ Association reflects our DEIS commitment to building strong relationships with families and ensuring that parents feel welcomed, informed and involved in their child’s education. Parental engagement is recognised as an important factor in supporting children’s wellbeing, learning and overall school experience.

Our Parents’ Association is a hard-working and dedicated group of parents who generously give their time to support the school. They are always happy to welcome new members and encourage parents and guardians to get involved, share ideas and contribute to school life in any way they can.

If you would like to become involved or learn more about the Parents’ Association, please contact the school office or speak with Katie, our HSCLteacher, who will be happy to provide further information.
