Our school participates in the Department of Education’s Hot School Meals Programme, which provides all pupils with access to a healthy snack and a hot lunch each day. Our meals are supplied by Fresh Today, who offer a wide range of nutritious, balanced options designed to support children’s health, wellbeing and learning.

Families can choose meals for their child from the Fresh Today menu, and all meals are provided free of charge under the scheme. The menu includes a variety of hot meals as well as healthy snacks, ensuring children have the energy they need throughout the school day.

While we strongly encourage families to avail of this service, participation is optional. Children who do not wish to take part may bring their own lunch from home in line with our Healthy Eating Policy.

We are very pleased to offer this initiative in our school as it supports healthy eating, promotes equality for all pupils, and helps ensure that every child has access to a nutritious meal during the school day.
