On the 3rd of November, our school was delighted to welcome Roisin O’Connor Flanagan, Green Schools Officer from An Taisce, to work with our pupils as part of the Green-Schools Programme. Roisin delivered two engaging and interactive recycling workshops, one with 5th Class and one with 6th Class. The pupils took part in fun games and activities that helped them learn more about waste, recycling and how their everyday choices can help protect the environment. The sessions were very enjoyable and informative, and our Green Team were especially proud to take part and show their commitment to making our school a cleaner and greener place.
